Discover the JOY that comes from building simple patterns of guilt-free rest – together.

Flourishing Families, Thriving Kids

We lives in a world that drains us dry. The relentless pace of go, go, go leaves parents and kids with buckets that are dangerously depleted. Run Hard. Rest Well.® invites parents to ignite a passion for Restorative Wellness among themselves and their children. A family commitment to running hard and resting well becomes a game changer, positioning kids to thrive for a lifetime of joy, good work, and strong relationships.
