Who We Serve

Individuals

You don’t have to run on empty. Rewrite your story of exhaustion into one with a new beginning.

Restore the Joy

We know you are running hard, but you don’t have to run on empty. Run Hard. Rest Well.® (RHRW) equips people to rewrite their personal stories of overload. We are a committed to re-introducing people to God-honoring, transformative rhythms of work and rest.

Jesus never talked about self-care, but He did talk about rest and He lived a life of rhythm. Four distinct rhythms graced Jesus’s life: Sabbath Rest, Sleep, Stillness (personal prayers), and Solitude (personal retreat). When we focus on these 4, strategic stops we are positioned to move from self-destruct to vibrancy. It’s a win/win in every way and God gets the Glory.

You know how to RUN Hard. Do you know how to REST Well?

This 30-second, 6-Question Inventory changes lives.
