Resiliency in the Age of Overload and Exhaustion

Resiliency in the Age of Overload and Exhaustion
Free Webinar
Thursday, May 25
12:00 – 1:00 ET

Are you tired? Are you tired of being tired? Mental health vibrancy includes resiliency. Resilience is the capacity to run hard, rest well, and recover with strength and joy. God has a blueprint that empowers his people to create a pace and passion for work, rest, and rhythm that is life-giving, transformative, and sustainable – breathing life into winded, weary souls. In recognition of National Mental Health Awareness Month in May, The Lutheran Foundation, in partnership with Run Hard. Rest Well. and RemedyLIVE is offering this free event. Join us and invite others!
