For Teachers and Students

Run Hard. Rest Well.

Equipping Students and Teachers to Thrive

Run Hard. Rest Well. champions work and rest and equips schools to cultivate a culture where good work is accomplished and students and teachers thrive. The timing could not be more critical. The emotional reserves of students are running low, yet they have a race to run—and a race to win. Workplace readiness is critical. Do your students know how to capitalize on simple practices that refuel and recharge? Do your teachers and staff?  Teach them how, lead the way, and do it together. Navigating seasons of crisis and comeback requires the ability to create connection, reduce cortisol, hit pause, and prioritize sleep. These four strategies help students and teachers combat anxiety, irritability, restlessness, and depression – positioning people of every age to flourish.

Run the Race – For Students

Run the Race is our evidence-informed, easy to implement, video-based program for 6-12th grade students that positions students to Run Hard and learn to Rest in ways that position them for lifelong success.

So often, when we have these wellness seminars, it ticks everyone off because it is such a waste of time. THIS WAS NOT A WASTE OF TIME. Thank you so much! This is exactly what I needed.
