360 IMPACT TEAM – Is it for YOU?

360-IMPACT TEAM – IS IT FOR YOU? 
Run Hard. Rest Well. is dedicated to helping churches come back stronger than before. People are tired and God has a bridge to better. It is called Restorative Wellness, which is Bucket Theory 101. We can’t give what we don’t have. To do what God is calling us to do, RHRW is launching 360-Impact. And we need you! 

With marching orders that include: Everyone. Everywhere. We need an army of people who want to release this message in their own churches in a way that impacts everyone. There is no “cookie cutter” approach. Some churches may start with a retreat for women. Some may launch small groups who are using Vantage Point or one of our video series. Some may begin with a staff retreat, a youth group event, or a series for parents. 

We need people who want to make a difference by addressing the crushing reality of overload and exhaustion among people they lead, love, and serve. 

RHRW needs Champions of Rest and Ambassadors of Hope in our churches and in our communities. As followers of Jesus are transformed by the message of Restorative Wellness, we have the ability to bring this message (in a Workplace Wellness format) to the people in our community through their workplaces: schools, businesses, higher ed, medical facilities, nonprofits, mental health centers, and local government agencies. 

AMBASSADORS OF HOPE 
This is 360 Impact. It sets us up to bring help and hope to people in our midst. Everyone. Everywhere.

• You don’t need to be on the church staff or leadership. You simply need to have caught the vision. 
• No special qualifications required. God does not call the qualified. He qualifies the called. Is He calling you to GO Make a Difference? 
• The 360-Impact Team will be trained and equipped to Champion Rest among the people you care about.
